The reality is that children are getting married to each other and they don't have any life experience and they don't know each other. They are getting married because it's expected from them. The kallah classes teach them only about ladies and gentlemen, and there is a lot more to married life than this. Many children don't have a good example of how to be married from their parents, and on social media now it teaches them that the most important thing is how many shabbos dresses they have and what hotel they are travelling to for Pesach.

The frummers need to go back to the teachings and stop making everything about money and how they look and how big the simchas are. They tell me it is so expensive to be Jewish and when I tell them you don't need diamond earrings or a new dress for each simcha they laugh at me and tell me I am mad. Even the frum clothing shops buy things from Primark and remove the labels and sell them for five times the price. They are making the religion into a racketeering business.
This is why I like to read your blog, because I believe you have the real idea behind religion.

I am not Jewish, but I have a lot of respect for the religion. I worked in a company with a lot of frummers and whilst they were very nice it was all money, money, money. I've never met a crowd who are so afraid of what others will think of them. They need to go back to the original teachings and stop trying to keep up with the Joneses.
