I get confused about modesty in Judaism, I worked with frum women and they dress very sexily in work (with underwear showing, very beautiful wigs and faces full of make up) but at home they look like a complete mess. I used to ask them about this and they said being tznius is not to take away the woman's beauty. But the reality is that they are attracting the attention of other men.
