Double Tragedy: Two Infants Dead After Being Forgotten in Vehicles

Another two tragedies in which an infant was forgotten in a vehicle in Eretz Yisrael R”L — ending in tragedy.
This first case occurred in Yishuv Shilo in Shomron on Sunday, 7 Menachem Av 5773. The child, a five-month-old boy was left in the family car by the dad for several hours. Police report seven hours. Despite all resuscitation efforts there was little hope for the little boy who was pronounced dead.
And on Monday afternoon, 8 Menachem Av, another child was found in cardiac arrest, left in the family vehicle in Yishuv Dolev, also in Shomron. In this case, the child appears to have been in the vehicle for five hours. MDA paramedics transported the infant to Tel Hashomer Hospital in Tel Aviv. The child, a girl, was R”L pronounced dead in the hospital. (Conflicting reports place the victim’s age at 18-months, 3-years and 3.5 years).

Just two weeks ago the same occurred with another infant in Ramat Gan. In that case, a nine-month-old girl was left in a vehicle by dad, once again, a fatal outcome.

I SAY WE SHOULD NOT ALLOW MARRIED COUPLES TO HAVE CHILDREN ONLY
IF THEY GO THROUGH A TEST.
AND WE KNOW THAT THEY HAVE RESPONSIBLY TO LOOK AFTER AND WANT CHILDREN.
I HAVE WROTE ABOUT THIS BEFORE,
MARRYING AT A YOUNG AGE IT MIGHT BE GOOD THAT THEY SHOULD NOT DRIFT ? ?
MOST OF THE 18 OR 20 YEAR OLD ARE TO YOUNG FOR THIS RESPONSIBILITY, 
OF CARING FOR A CHILD I SEE IT EVERY DAY,
EVEN THE OLDER ONES WHO HAVE BIG FAMILIES ALWAYS WANT TO RUN A WAY FOR A FEW DAYS.

CAR ALERT

In the last few days, Chaverim and Hatzola have had two calls concerning children
locked in cars while their parents were unable to find the keys.

I WONDER IF THESE PARENTS LEFT THEIR PURSE OR VALUABLES IN THE CAR ? ? ?
IF I WAS THE ROV I WOULD CALL SOCIAL SERVICES AND TAKE THE CHILDREN AWAY
AND PUT THEM INTO JEWISH FRUM CARE.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO THESE PARENTS WERE,THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE
OF A YIDDISHE CHILD.
I SEE SO MANY FRUM HEIMSHE CHASSIDISHE  PARENTS LEAVING THE CHILDREN IN CARE OF THE
SHIKSES.
WHEN MY CHILDREN WERE SMALL ( I KNEW  THEY WERE A BROCHE FROM THE HOLY BEIS YISROEL
AND HIS BROTHER THE HOLY LEV SIMCHA ).
I WOULD NOT EVEN LET A GOY TOUCH THEM.
