I don't understand why this Rosh Yeshiva is (already) behaving like a Rebbe. There is a big difference between a Rebbe and Rosh Yeshiva. The only thing the same seems to me to be a beard.
He is clearly a charismatic person and probably a big Talmid Chochom but why does he Fir Zich like a Rebbe of a Chassidus? Fir Tish? Chanuka Lecht? Common!
I saw a video of him giving dollars to kids like the Lubavitcher Rebbe used to do. I think the Bobover Rebbe tried to copy that but it didn't work for him.
