How do you walk on the wall of a house. Is this man that tall that he can put his daughter there? I would think it was very dangerous to walk so high. Even if you keep the eruv I dont think its allowed. But maybe in your usual blighted 'opinion' the mitsva of keeping the eruv is more important than walking high up on the wall of a house.
