OF RABBI MEIER HOCHHAUSER Z.L.
HIS PASSION OF RECORDING EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN OUR TOWN
WAS THE MAKING OF THE " KOL MEVASSER " DAILY AND WEEKLY.
HE WAS THE CAUSE OF PEOPLE REMEMBERING HIM TO THIS VERY DAY.
I LIVED FOR THE FIRST FEW YEARS OF MY MARRIAGE
IN HIS PARENTS HOUSE 61 LORDSHIP PARK.
HE ALSO LIVED THERE AS HE WAS NOT VERY SUCCESSFUL IN MARRIAGE
AND LIVING WITH A PARTNER.
THIS CAME ABOUT AS PEOPLE DID NOT UNDERSTAND HIS VALUES OF LIFE.
HE WAS A VERY FRIENDLY PERSON AND LEARNED IN TORAH ETC, ETC,
BUT HAD NO FRIENDS OR RECOGNITION FROM PEOPLE.
BUT WHAT I LEARNED FROM HIM TO THIS VERY DAY IS
ALWAYS TO HAVE A FRIENDLY SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED IF GETTING RECOGNITION AFTER YOU HAVE PASSED ON
HELPS TO MAKE YOU FEEL YOUR LIFE WAS WORTH WHILE ? ?

That phrase is of course used by you since you belong in the bbc goyishe world. The trouble is you hear it so often and not having been brought up in it you have no idea what it means. Of course you cant learn torah (or anything else for that matter). Whoever put such silly ideas into your head.
