Gaby, this is what happens when you presume. You get things wrong. Tonights Asifah in NW London is NOT about banning the internet. the Rabbonim will say that they know the internet is here to stay. What the Asifa is about is educating people about the dangers and ensuring that everyone gets kosher internet or a proper filter so that they can go on the internet safely.
They are going to announce the set up TAG, Technology Action Group which is a free gemach who will install a good filter on your computers.
