HOW THE MOTHERS MADE PESACH
WHAT I FEEL VERY MUCH TO DAY BEFORE PESACH IS MY WIFE MAKING PESACHDIG IN OUR HOUSE.
EVEN THOUGH THE WOMEN USED TO DO MUCH MORE THAN YOU NEED TOO, THE ATMOSPHERE OF PESACH WAS IN THE HOUSE, THIS IS MISSING AND I FEEL IT.
I LISTEN ON KOL HALSHON EVERY MORNING TO RABBI MENASHE YISRAEL REIZMAN SHIER.
HE SAYS LIKE ON PESACH WE DO NOT CHANGE THEY WAY OUR MOTHERS AND FATHERS DID THEY CLEANED AND SCRUBBED THE TABLES AND WALLS, WE DO BETTER THAN OUR FATHERS AND MOTHERS WE HAVE PESACH KITCHENS TABLES AND CHAIRS WE SCRUB AND CLEAN, AS THIS WAS THE TRADITION THAT WE CLEAN FOR PESACH, THIS CONNECTION HAS KEPT US IN YIDDISKITE EVEN IF YOU STRAY YOU WILL COME BACK TO BEING A FRUM JEW.
HE EXPANDS ON THIS AND SAYS THAT YOUNG CHILDREN OF TO DAY WHO STRAY, IF THEY KEEP THEIR CLOTHING AND PIOUS AND ARE PROUD OF BEING JEWISH THE WILL WITH HASHEMS HELP RETURN.
THAT IS THE REASON I AM PROUD OF THE YOUNGSTERS OF TO DAY WHO SING ON PLANES ETC,ETC, THEY MIGHT NOT DO EVERYTHING CORRECTLY BUT THEY ARE PROUD OF BEING JEWISH THEY ARE AND HAVE PLACE BY G-D.

A healthy diet gives your brain the resources it needs to work well. The opposite is true for junk food.
Practice
Use it or lose it. Practise building your memory palace during idle moments. “You’ll become a sublime architect,” says Tony.
Competition
Test yourself against friends or family. “When you’re competing, all your senses are alert.”
Learn the techniques
The memory palace is a starting point. There are many more, but the number-shape system – in which you assign numbers a memorable object, such as a paintbrush for the number 1 – is similarly amenable to beginners.
