Child Found in Modi’in Illit Without Parents

The police dispatcher on Tuesday night 26 Menachem Av received a call from a bus driver after he found a girl on the bus as he checked the vehicle at the end of his route. Police arrived to and were somewhat surprised to see someone forgot the child on the bus.
This was the second case in a number of hours. Police announced this level of irresponsibility is not acceptable and criminal proceedings can be expected against the parents in this and similar cases.

A GIRL OF 18 OR EVEN OLDER WE CAN ALLOW THEM TO GET MARRIED BUT HAVE CHILDREN THEY ARE NOT READY FOR THIS RESPONSIBILITY YET, I TALKED WITH A ROV, AND HE TOLD ME TO DAYS CHILDREN ARE NOT READY FOR CHILDREN TILL AT LEAST 23 OR OLDER.

I HAVE SEEN MOTHERS WITH FIVE CHILDREN GO OUT ON OUTINGS AND ARE TALKING AWAY ON THE PHONE, THEY CAN NOT PUT THE TELEPHONE DOWN FOR THE TWO OR THREE WEEKS OF THE HOLIDAY AND LOOK AFTER THE CHILDREN.

THEY ARE ADDICTS TO THE PHONE THE PHONE RULES THEM, I HOPE THEY KEEP SHABBOS.

THE MOBILE PHONE IS THE BIGGEST CURSE OF OUR TIME AND AS A ROV TOLD ME, NEARLY ALWAYS THE CAUSE OF A DIVORCE.

A YOUNG MARRIED COUPLE SHOULD TALK TO EACH OTHER AND NOT USE A PHONE WHEN THEY ARE TOGETHER

 YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE HOO-HA HE MADE THAT I

 STOPPED HIM WALKING IN TO ME.

 HE SHOUTED I AM GOING TO

 CALL THE POLICE YOU ASSAULTED ME, IT IS A PITY HE

 DID NOT CALL THE POLICE I WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT HIS NAME.

I WAS STANDING IN CAZENOVE ROAD THERE IS A MOSQUE NEAR THE SATMAR SYNAGOGUE, ALL THE PEOPLE GOING IN  TO THE MOSQUE AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF THEIR MOBILE PHONES (  YOU CAN STAND OUTSIDE AND WATCH IT )

EVERY SYNAGOGUE HAS A NOTICE ON THE FRONT DOOR DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE IN THE SYNAGOGUE IT IS A HOLY PLACE

MY QUESTION IS WHY CAN THEY DO IT AND  US JEWS DO NOT OBEY THE RABBI'S ? ? ?.

Big Kiddush Hashem As Sydney Hatzolah Helps Save Lives Of Multiple Drowning Victims On Beach

The following is via Daily Mail UK:

Seven Indonesian students have been hospitalised after they were rescued from ‘freak’ surf while swimming between the flags at Sydney’s most iconic beach.
The group were on a school excursion to Bondi Beach on Tuesday when two of the boys, both 16, disappeared under the water for a ‘period of time’ at 12.30pm.
Their classmates rushed into the water to try and save the pair but were also dragged out by the ‘freak’ surf.
Lifeguards paddled out and dragged the two boys who had been ‘submerged for a period of time’ to shore.
They performed CPR while concerned beach-goers watched on as and paramedics and local Ambulance Community Responders rushed to the scene.
One boy was transported to St Vincent’s Hospital in a condition, while the other was taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Paramedics also took five other students to Prince of Wales Children’s Hospital as a precaution.
A spokesperson from the Children’s Hospital was unable to give an update on the condition of the students for privacy reasons.

The Baltimore Jewish Community awoke this morning to the tragic news that a young father of 3 children, Daniel Lansky, A’H, husband of Elana (Zylberminc) Lansky, son of Rabbi & Mrs. Nachum Lansky, succumbed to the illness he had been fighting 
As a Zechus for his neshama, we are posting a very powerful message that Daniel A’H wrote on his blog about keeping cell phones out of shul. May his Neshama have an Aliyah.

The following was written on June 8th, 2016
Am I scared? I am petrified. I wake in middle of the night in a pool of fear. I check my heart in middle of the day to make sure it is beating – but not beating too fast. I see the color of my skin change slightly and I panic – is this a reaction from the chemo like the two of four treatments that have sent me to the ER and extended stays in the hospital? Yes – Chasdie Hashem – the first time I had a reaction and was in the hospital for five days – admitted to the ER in a state of shock – the doctor told my frightened wife on day three – “he has turned a corner” – but it was the corner that puts us back on the long block to fighting Bezras Hashem – on the road to true recovery.
Am I scared? I am petrified. I hate asking for favors. HATE IT. It is so torturous being in a position where I need something from someone. There are so very many emotions and personal characteristics of mine that make me cringe and run from the idea of asking another to do something for me – but now is not the time for me to think of me. I have a wife, I have three little kids and I have cancer. We need your tefilos.
In a few days I will be having my first scans since I started treatment. Those scans will show what Hashem wants to be seen. No more – no less. So here I go – I am going to ask you for what I need from you.
SHUT YOUR PHONE OFF BEFORE ENTERING SHUL. PLEASE.
There is nothing – nothing – that can’t wait. Respect the Makom tefillah. Don’t put it on vibrate – don’t silence the ringer – simply turn it off. Please. I wish that this could be a rule in every shul – before entering make sure your phone is off. I am not a Rav – and I don’t claim to be a very learned man so I can’t quote you halachos etc. – but I can resort to the simplest and most obvious logic – you are talking to GOD.
I can’t lecture – and I can’t expound – but I can ask for a favor that I need – and I just have. Bezras Hashem – with your tefilos – I will be able to subject myself to the potential “art though looks” for years to come – for if you are looking at me – you are looking at a husband, a father – one – that has turned a corner that my family and I – so desperately need to turn.

I HAVE WORKED A LOT ON TRUTH, ESPECIALLY IN MY MARRIAGE, I FIND THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT IN LIFE, LIFE  IS NOT WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO THINK ABOUT YOU, BUT THIS IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN MOST PEOPLE THINK.

IF THE PARENTS CAN NOT AFFORD TO GO AWAY LIKE THE REICHMAN  FAMILY OF 13 NORFOLK AVENUE. ALL THE NEIGHBOURS HAVE GONE AWAY, THE REICHMAN CHILDREN FEEL LEFT OUT, THERE NAME MEANS RICH AND THEY ARE POOR, THE CHILDREN GO MAD WITH THE PARENTS.

Har Nof Woman Is Niftar Day Before Son’s Chasunah

Tragedy struck the Har Nof neighborhood of Yerushalayim as Moras Yocheved Chavah Gottleib A”H was niftar after the Shabbos Aufruf for her son. Her petira comes a day before her son’s chupah.

The 66-year-old Har Nof resident was married to Rav Chaim, and she went into cardiac arrest on motzei Shabbos, a just a few hours following the Aufruf. Mrs. Gottleib was planning to bring her son Shimon Menachem to the chupah in Bnei Brak on Sunday evening 17 Menachem Av but instead, the family attended a levaya before the chupah.
Acting on advise of rabbonim, when it was not clear if she would survive until the chupah, the family worked on motzei Shabbos to hold the chupah immediately, hoping she would be able to attend but efforts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful.
The nifteres was a daughter to Rav Yosef Leib Alter, a principal of Yeshivas Sfas Emmes and a grandchild of the brother of the Imrei Emmes of Gur ZT”L. She ran a dress shop in the Geula area of Yerushalayim.
The levaya took place on Sunday morning. תהא נשמתה צרורה בצרור החיים

 REBBE YOSEF YITZCHOK RETURNED  AND SAID, " I FULFILLED THE SHLICHUS. I DID THE FAVOR TO THE PERSON ,AS YOU REQUESTED."

THE RESHA'B TOLD HIS SON THAT HE MADE TWO  MISTAKES:

( 1 ) YOU SAID THAT YOU DID THE SHLICHUS,BUT YOU REALLY DID NOT DO ANYTHING, BECAUSE HASHEM DOES EVERYTHING.

( 2 ) YOU SAID THAT YOU DID A FAVOR  TO THE PERSON, BUT REALLY, THAT PERSON DID YOU AN EVEN GREATER FAVOR, AS THE MIDRASH SAYS,                                                                                      " MORE THAN THE WEALTHY DO FOR THE POOR, THE POOR DO FOR THE WEALTHY. "

THIS IS A LESSON I TRY TO TEACH  THE FRUM AND NOT FRUM AND APPLIES TO ALL.

HASHEM SHOWS US IN EVERY SITUATION  THIS IS HIS WORLD, AND HE DOES WHAT HE WANTS, OUR JOB IS TO KNOW AND BELIEVE  " I AM YOUR G-D ".

SHE HELD HER EMOTIONS UNTIL SHE CAME HOME . 

AS SOON AS SHE CAME HOME, SHE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE WOOD SHED, AND CRIED PROFUSELY, WHEN SHE CAME OUT, HER FATHER, THE LESHEM SAW HER, AND NOTICED THAT HER EYES WERE RED.

SHE TRIED TO GIVE SOME EXCUSES,BUT HE WANTED TO HEAR THE TRUTH. 

THE LESHEM TOLD HER " IT IS WRITTEN  'HASHEM IS CLOSE TO ALL WHO CALL OUT TO HIM, TO ALL WHO CALL HIM IN TRUTH '

HOW DOES ONE PRAY TO HASHEM IN TRUTH  ? ? 

WHEN ONE KNOWS THAT NO ONE CAN HELP, OTHER THAN HASHEM, THIS IS THE TIME WHEN ONE IS CALLING OUT TO HASHEM IN TRUTH.  

YOU JUST PRAY WITH TRUTH, BECAUSE YOU KNOW THAT NO ONE  CAN HELP YOU OTHER THAN HASHEM.

A YEAR LATER, REB YOSEF SHALOM ELIYASHEV WAS BORN OF YERUSHALAYIM.

WHO ENLIGHTENED THE WORLD WITH HIS TORAH.
