The rav added HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef ZT”L continued his limud as was the case in Yeshivat Porat Yosef, as back then, the masses did not travel to Meron on Lag B’Omer. The rav cited the travels involved in making the trip results in a great deal of bitul Torah, and therefore, one should continue with one’s regular learning schedule.

VICTORY FOR CHEVRA KADDISH IN U.K.

VICTORY FOR CHEVRA KADDISH IN UK: High Court Rules Coroner’s Religious Burial Policy Is Discriminatory

The High Court has ruled that St Pancras Coroner Mary Hassell’s failure to prioritize religious burials is unlawful.
Her jurisdiction covers north London which is home to large communities of orthodox Jews and Muslims.
Lord Justice Singh said the policy set by Ms Hassell was discriminatory and must be quashed.
A judgement handed down today (Friday), said that the senior coroner’s “cab rank” rule – which states that no death will be prioritised because of the religion of the deceased or their family – was “irrational” and “discriminatory”.
The judges found that it was “very clear from the various materials submitted by the defendant that she was acutely aware of the impact her policy might have on certain minority religious communities within her area.”
The 56-page judgment by Lord Justice Singh, sitting with Mrs Justice Whipple, described the coroner’s policy as inflexible, misguides and “incapable of rational justification”.
“It is very clear from the various materials submitted by the defendant that she was acutely aware of the impact her policy might have on certain minority religious communities within her area,” the judgment said.
“What on its face looks like a general policy which applies to everyone equally may in fact have an unequal impact on a minority. In other words, to treat everyone in the same way is not necessarily to treat them equally. Uniformity is not the same thing as equality.”
The coroner had been criticized over delays by Jewish and Muslim families, who both require burial on the same day that a person dies.
Ms Hassell had argued that she was treating everyone equally by working on a first-come, first-served basis.
The claimants – the Adath Yisrael Burial Society (AYBS) – said they were not seeking automatic priority. Nor were they seeking to gain different treatment for any one particular group. They accepted that many groups might have a good reason to require a speedy burial, and thus need different treatment to others who do not need a speedy burial.
Rabbi Asher Gratt of the Stamford Hill’s Adath Yisroel Burial Society said: “This legal victory will bring immense relief for grieving families to bury their loved ones with respect and dignity, preventing further unnecessary anguish at the darkest moment of their lives.
“Having twice been found guilty of acting unlawfully, it’s high time for Hassell to move on and make way for a compassionate coronial service.”

The High Court judgement can be viewed here.

READ THE FULL DOCUMENT, SHE HAS NOT LOST HER POSITION.
SHE HAS TO TAKE IN TO CONSIDERATION,  THE JEWISH FEELINGS THAT HEY WANT TO BURY THERE DEAD QUICKLY.
WHEN WILL THESE STUPID JEWS REALISE THAT THE ONLY PLACE IN  THE WORLD A JEW  HAS FREEDOM IN HIS RELIGION IS IN THE ZIONIST STATE OF ISRAEL.

HORRIFIC TRAGEDY

HORRIFIC TRAGEDY: Seven Students Killed In Flash Floods In Aravah Region; Multiple Critical; One Still Missing

Since Sunday of this week, the news media in Israel has been warning of violent thunderstorms. Anyone who lives here knows that the Araavah region is an extremely dangerous place to be in if there are storms. Flash floods can occur in literally seconds. Why is any school or Yeshiva taking its students into harms potential way? Of course we will all be saying tehillim for those still in danger, but where was the hishtadlus beforehand? All that was required was to stay away.

WE PRAY EVERY DAY " HOW GOODLY ARE YOUR TENTS " THE HOLY GERER REBBE THE BEIS YISROEL USED TO PREACH A JEW ONLY NEEDS TO GO IN TO THE STREET OR TRAVEL FROM PLACE TO PLACE WHEN NECESSARY.

WHEN NOT NECESSARY  HOW GOODLY ARE YOUR TENTS.

TO DAY THE FRUM JEW HAS  NO PATIENTS TO STAY IN DOORS, IN ISRAEL THEY LIVE IN THE STREETS AND ARE ALWAYS TRAVELING UN NECESSARY.

THE BEIS YISROEL NEVER ALLOWED  US TO TRAVEL TO MERON, EVEN FOR LAG B'OMER

FROM THESE NON STOP ACCIDENTS HASHEM IS TELLING US SOMETHING.

The Education Ministry Situation Room reports this trip was not filed or cleared by the ministry and therefore, it was unauthorized. ! ! !

SHOCK VIDEO

SHOCK VIDEO: Williamsburg Cheder Children Dressed In Auschwitz Uniforms To Protest Israel

1

The attached video was taken in Williamsburg on Wednesday afternoon.
The children marched down Kent Avenue holding signs and banners and chanting “Israeli Government Shame On You!”.The children are from the Tashbar Cheder – a school which are from the “Bnei Yoel” extremist faction of Satmar.
But most shocking is the children that were dressed in the striped clothing – the very clothing their grandparents were forced to wear by the Nazis YM”S as they were stacked in barracks while waiting to be sent to the gas chambers.

The school did not return a request for comment to YWN

IT IS NOT WRONG TO HAVE THEIR OPINION ON THE WAY THE JEWISH STATE BEHAVES TOWARDS RELIGIOUS JEWS.
WHAT IS WRONG THAT THEY TEACH ( ESPECIALLY THE CHILDREN )THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A  ZIONIST AND THE NAZIS YM"S.

IN ISRAEL YOU SEE YOUNG MOTHERS OUT WITH THEIR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN AT TEN P.M.
A CHILD  NEEDS TO BE IN BED, BUT THE MOTHER WHO HERSELF IS STILL A YOUNG CHILD AND WANTS TO RUN AROUND THE STREETS TALKING WITH HER FRIENDS.
IN MY EYES THEY ARE NOT READY TO HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CHILDREN.
IN ISRAEL THEY NEED TO SET A TEST IF THE GIRLS ARE READY TO HAVE CHILDREN AND ARE ABLE TO BE MOTHERS.
